Fees and billing
We agree fees in writing before work starts. Most matters use a fixed fee or a clear hourly rate. We flag any change in scope early. You approve added work before we bill it.
Confidentiality
What you share with us stays private. We protect client data under EU and UK rules. We only share details when the law demands it. Your files are handled with care across every jurisdiction we cover.
Limitation of liability
We work with care and skill. Still, no firm can promise a set outcome. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the matter. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on loss.
Governing law
These terms follow the law of the firm's seat of practice. Disputes go to the courts of that seat. Cross-border matters may name a different forum in the engagement letter. We confirm this before we start.
